Is Southern Raised Learning the right fit for your child?

Every child learns differently and brings unique strengths to the classroom. Southern Raised Learning is designed for students who benefit from individualized instruction, small class sizes, and a supportive learning environment.

Students who are approximately one to three years behind academically, or who have an identified learning, developmental, or medical diagnosis, often thrive at Southern Raised Learning. Our approach focuses on understanding each student’s needs and building on their strengths to support meaningful growth.

Below are some of the more common diagnoses represented within our school community.

Developmental Disabilities

  • Autism (Levels 1 &2)

  • Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalcula

  • Processing Disorders

  • Sensory Modulation Disorder

  • Sensory-Based Motor Disorder

  • Sensory Discrimination Disorder

Sensory Impaired

  • Limited hearing or vision

Social/Emotional Challenges

  • Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disability (ADHD)

This list does not include all the disabilities that will be considered for admission. Every student that applies to Southern Raised Learning will go through the same admission process.
